2. No Solicitation - upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail”, “spam”, “chain letters”, “pyramid schemes” or any other form of solicitation.

3. No Fraud - create any member information using automated means or with the intent to post false or fraudulent content.

4. No Reproduction - upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make publicly available on the Site any private information of any third party, including, without limitation, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card numbers.

5. No Alterations - change reverse engineer, alter or translate any portion of the LocoGopher site and/or the LocoGopher service.
